Fees & Payments
All services may be subject to fees as agreed in proposals or invoices
Payments may be made in GB, USD or BDT
All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy
Clients are responsible for all applicable taxes and transaction charges
Third-Party Services
Inymize may work with third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, Meta, TikTok, payment gateways, creators). These operate independently, and we are not responsible for their decisions, actions, or failures.
No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to views, engagement, monetisation, or sales. Performance depends on multiple external factors beyond our control.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Not misuse or exploit our services for illegal or harmful activities
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and services provided by Inymize remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
