All clients, partners, and users (“you”, “client”) are required to read this Refund Policy, along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, before purchasing any service from Inymize Corporation Ltd (“Inymize”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
Scope of Services
Inymize operates as a global gaming, creator management, esports, and marketing agency, providing services through:

Email communication (@inymize.com)
Direct communication (calls, WhatsApp, social platforms)
Physical or virtual meetings
All communications, proposals, and deliverables are considered part of the service agreement.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
1. Full Refund
You are eligible for a 100% refund (service fee only) if:
The project has NOT been started
No creators have been onboarded
No campaign execution has begun
Cancellation is requested within 7 days of payment
2. Partial Refund
Partial refunds may be issued if:
Work has been partially completed
Creators have been booked or contracted
Production or logistics costs have been incurred
Refund amount will be calculated based on:
Work completed
Third-party expenses
Resource allocation
3. Refund Due to Inymize Error
A full refund may be issued if:
Proven misinformation was provided by Inymize
Agreed services were not delivered due to internal failure
Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
Once campaign execution has started
Once creators are onboarded, booked, or paid
After content has been published or scheduled
For completed or delivered services
Delays caused by the client (approval delays, missing assets, etc.)
Change of mind after project initiation
Performance dissatisfaction (views, reach, engagement are not guaranteed)
Third-party failures (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, payment gateways, etc.)
Payments made to third parties (ads, creators, platforms)
Platform-related issues (copyright strikes, bans, demonetisation)
Third-Party Disclaimer
Inymize works with third-party platforms and creators. We do NOT guarantee:
Platform approvals (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
Monetization eligibility
Payment gateway approvals
Fees paid to third parties are strictly non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
Transaction fees, currency conversion charges, and gateway fees may be deducted
Policy Updates
Inymize reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of services means acceptance of updated terms.
